Add the server
In your assistant, add an MCP connector with the address https://studio.printags.com/mcp. No account or access key is needed.

Describe your order
Product, quantity, chip contents: the assistant reads the current catalogue and prices, then gives you the total.

Attach your designs
PNG, JPEG or PDF up to 25 MB, in the conversation. If any are missing, you send them later from the Studio.

Approve and pay on the Studio
The assistant gives you a link, valid for 48 hours. There you check the cart, approve the proof, enter the delivery address and pay.
The assistant prepares, you decide.
- It never pays: you pay on the Studio yourself.
- It does not enter your address: it never goes through the conversation.
- It does not approve the proof: printing waits for your approval.
- It invents no design, link or text: it asks you for what is missing.
- NFC chips are locked once written, as on the Studio. Ask it to leave them rewritable if you want to change them later.

What is an MCP server?
The Model Context Protocol (MCP) is an open standard that lets an AI assistant use outside tools. The Printags server gives it access to the Studio's catalogue, its prices and cart preparation.
Do I need a Printags account?
No. The server works without an account or key, like the Studio: you order as a guest and get a tracking link after payment.
Is the price the same as on the website?
Yes, these are the Studio's prices, lower as the quantity grows. The total the assistant gives is an estimate: it is recalculated at payment with the delivery you choose.
What happens to what I give the assistant?
The server only receives what the cart needs: products, quantities, designs and chip contents. Your address, VAT number and payment are entered on the Studio, never in the conversation.
How long is the link valid?
48 hours, for a single opening. After that, ask the assistant to prepare a new cart.
Can I track my order from the assistant?
Yes: give it the tracking token from your confirmation email, and it tells you the status and the parcel's tracking number.
Do you have an integrator account?
The https://mcp.printags.com server acts on your Printags account (API key or OAuth sign-in): it creates your orders as drafts, prices them to the cent and tracks your shipments.
